HVAC sales and service – Commercial/Residential

Job Description

Office duties including telephone reception, filing, accounts payable, dispatching of service technicians, parts ordering. Advancement to invoicing, accounting. Must be fluent in English language and able to perform and multi-task under high peak seasons.
Preference to some knowledge of commercial HVAC industry
Office assistant experience: 5 years (Required)
Must have accounting experience: 3 years (Preferred)
